Locally owned by husband and wife, Chris and Yvonne Tan, were working hard to become the area’s best spot to start your journey to the dumpling. We have a passion for what we do and we set out to create a family-friendly atmosphere in which to share our favorite foods. Our voice should be as modern as our decor, as warm as our soup dumplings, and as enthusiastic as we are about the little Chinese-food haven we’ve created.

Taking you back to the alleyways of Vietnam where you will find specific stalls specializing in one thing- here at sit lo, we specialize in pho. Our menu is short and sweet to highlight the labor of love that has gone into each of your bowls.

Our beef bone broth is simmered for 72 hours to bring out the umami of the beef bones. Each bone is parboiled, scrubbed & rinsed to achieve the clarity in our soup just like our mother’s would make at home.

All cuts of meat are carefully cut to specific size to achieve both flavor and texture to compliment our fresh noodles. Fresh noodles are also another highlight in each bowl just like you would find it in Vietnam. The thin pho noodles that many of us are used to in the states are available to sub but don’t write off the balance of fresh soft rice noodles until you try it because we promise you serving it like you would find in our motherland is an experience in itself.

This isn’t just a burger joint—it’s a burger experience. At Smashburger Laguna Crossing, we take burgers seriously—ourselves, not so much. Every burger is meticulously crafted to be destroyed, starting with 100% Certified Angus Beef®, seared and seasoned to perfection, and stacked with bold, crave-worthy flavors. But the greatness doesn’t stop there. Our menu is packed with crispy chicken sandwiches, kid’s meals, veggie burger (that doesn’t skimp on flavor), and our legendary rosemary-garlic SmashFries®—so good they should come with a warning. And if you need something sweet, our handspun Hagen-Dazs® shakes are pure happiness in a cup.
